This is the most yummy, most nutritious recipe ever!! I got it from my “chocolate friend’ Fleur (Like Chocolate for Woman) who is the best cook I know.
This meal is full of fiber, enzymes assisting digestion, protein keeping your sugar stable, omega 3 fatty acids for your brain and essential nutrients which we need to keep up with the busy schedule.
1 big juicy apple (grated)
2 chopped dates
3 tablespoons of almond meal
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
Mix all together and enjoy!
You can add lots of other ingredients or change them if you like: walnuts, cocoa, cranberries, banana, goji berries, blueberries and macademia nuts.
