Half a cup of FiberGen (finely chopped nuts and seeds)
4 tablespoons of Almond spread
1 tablespoon of cacao powder
Handful of sultanas or/and chopped dates
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Shredded coconut for rolling
Mix in FiberGen with all ingredients: cacao, chia seeds, cinnamon, sultanas, dates.
Form mixture into small balls and roll it in shredded coconut.
*be creative with this recipe, add your favourite fruit or nuts: cranberries, chopped macademia nuts, puffed brown rice or other seeds and nuts.
